Jayem’s Engine test bed configurations meet diverse testing requirements and needs. Precision data acquisition and control systems provide flexible and repeatable engine control. Data acquisition rate varies depending on customer requirements and helps to determine the root-cause for engine or engine component failure. Temperature intake air control as well as precise control of various other temperatures and pressures such as engine oil and coolant is available.

Jayem tests a variety of engine configurations, including single cylinder, multi-cylinder, research, prototype, and production engines. A variety of fuels are used, including gasoline/gasoline blends, diesel and CNG.

Vehicle Testing

Given our motorsports heritage and our experience on and off the road, we have the equipment and team to evaluate the performance of vehicles quickly. Our Vehicle Testing Services include real on-road experience with public road and closed track testing. Data is collected in real time and logged for analysis on site and back at the office. We can collect virtually any vehicle parameter which allows detailed analysis of systems.

We use a combination of off the shelf software and hardware which is easily configurable for Customer application. By collecting vehicle, operator and environmental conditions, a complete analysis can be performed in context. GPS tracking and synchronized video can also be recorded.
Data is provided to Customers in a variety of formats for further post processing or correlation to real world tests.

Components, automotive systems and end products are evaluated and performance tested by us in field environment that helps OEM’s take informed decisions on component and product change and localisation.
