- Feasibility study of technical drawings and estimation of development cost
- New product development – Grey iron and SG iron.
- Knowledge in Chemical composition, Mechanical properties & Micro structure.
- Establishing Methoding and gating system for castings
- Pattern design, development, Assembly & Maintenance
- Proving of Sample as per drawing/STD and establishing production
- Preparation of documentation like PPAP, APQP, Process flow & Control plan.
- Upon proving, Yield should be improved.
- Controlling of Rejections/reworks through predicting relevant parameters. CAPA
- Handling of customer complaints.
- Basic knowledge of Pro-E, Solid works
- Proven record in castings to meet Radiographic levels as per ASTM/ASME standard.
